Ah, good old Orangeburg pipe, it was originally used as conduit. It stopped being used in the 70's. There is some of that between my house and the septic tank. Not sure how much but a 3-4' section right at the tank was replaced with PVC a couple of years ago because it broke. Had to dig through a couple of inches of frozen ground in December. I would have to pull 2 decks down to dig out the pipe.As a result the septic pipes were not built of metal, but of tar paper.

Wow, good for you!My son took a picture of me up there. Up till now I have been very camera shy thats a 5x shirt that I wore when I was almost 400 lbs. It could be a skirt dress now
