The Old Folks Home

You lazy bum!!!!!

I tried that once, the rats took more than one bite, in fact it all disappeared but the rats didn't.
Two days after I put it out, 6 of them were dead on the garage floor and several others were staggering around!

It was impressive

Last week, a neighbor up the road, had a huge garage sale. They're a very old couple, and can no longer keep their property up. They're moving, and selling their place, so they need to get rid of all the excess they won't need, and can't take with them. Dh got quite a few tools, and they had a go cart the got for their grandkids. It is just over a year old, and the grands used it 3 times. They sold it to Dh for $75.00. We picked it up last night (it was behind a utility trailer that had to be moved to get it out). The old man didn't know whether it would run, or not. Other than having some old gas in it, which had not turned to varnish yet, it's in great shape. Dh siphoned out most of the old gas, added new, and some Seafoam. He changed the oil, and put a new oil filter. It runs great, and the grands had a wonderful time with it today. Even Dd #1 drove it, and had fun.

Dh, and a lot of his coworkers got the results of their antibody test. Everyone was inconclusive. What that basically means is that they probably had it, but it's been long enough the antibodies are depleted, so they can't use the plasma to help others.

Ok, so if you had the virus and had the antibodies, you would be immune to future infections of the disease. BUT, if you had antibodies and they are depleted, doesn't that mean that you could become infected again due to the lack of antibodies for the virus?

Good grief. How are they ever going to develop a vaccine for this if it keeps doing that?

A real and serious questions. In all honesty THEY don't know, and for sure we don't know.
