I still have those moments, too, and I quit 02.13.2002. I have no actual desire to smoke, just a hankering to do something with my hands, or mouth. I chew a lot of gum, still. Funny how I still remember that date like it was yesterday but I have to think about when I got married, or divorced, or even BF's birthday.
Same internet filters at my work. Had to get an "exception" to be able to view a website on treatments for various types of cancer (oh the horror - breast cancer, anal cancer, testicular cancer...).
I also made the (completely innocent, really) mistake of googling "how to clean your hood" and was
shocked at what came up that wasn't blocked. What I was trying to do was put together a power point presentation for my new technicians on how to clean an IV room's laminar flow hood and I needed pictures, but not
those pictures.
