chicka, The first time, it's awful. Do take some Sombucol Black Elderberry. It's actually been researched by the FDA. It does have some decent broad spectrum anti-viral properties. It has less side effects, mainly nausea and diarrhea, which is why pediatricians recommend it over Tamiflu, in many instances, especially for Covid. (You might see if you can get it, and consider Hydroxychloroquine, regardless of the controversy about it.)
Thanks Clue. I have some Elderberry jam and syrup. I bought it a year ago from Norms Farms who grows Elderberries commercially. And sells his Elderberry products to grocery stores now.
I did a lot of research on Elderberries and planted a couple plants so I can make my own jam and syrup. I am not going to a dr. office. I am to sick to get out right now. I will have to take the test next week before surgery.
