The Old Folks Home

The medical community may be able to learn something by tracing the covid among them. They do bipolar studies among them because they only marry among themselves and have no divorce so they are a good choice for genetic research.
The generic diseases among the Amish are different then the ones among Mennonites. Mennonites have a kidney disease which the baby eventually dies because they don't live long enough to do a transplant. It has been traced to the Burkholder relation.
I find this kind of thing the be very instructional!

Thanks for sharing it with us

my daughter became a better cook after her daughter wanted to watch the cooking shows! granddaughter loves Chopped
Our kids love the cooking shows, Chopped, the baking shows, cupcake wars etc. We've actually held our own chopped cupcake type battles between our kids for fun. Let them do the work with help. Best part is the tasting...., yummy great technique on that cupcake covered in gummyworms... (I don't like cake, cupcakes or gummyworms..) But they have fun.

Yikes! I hope it doesn't make too much of a mess in front of your place!
The water is back on. The gutter at our curb sunk. The blacktop has been patched and looks good.

Hopefully they will fix the gutter tomorrow
