The Old Folks Home

Luckily our fridge has a cover in front that comes off to get to the coils.
So does mine but that doesn't change the fact that once the cover is off you are looking at a ton of parallel support wires 1/4" apart. Viewed from the side they would look like
/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ and you could get a thin attachment in the Vs. From the front it looks like
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | no way you can get any vacuum attachment through that and if you could it would be such a small diameter that the stuff on the cooling fins would clog up the tip as soon as it started to suck.

Quacker Sparkles (the duck) is flying now. Not real far, but short spurts. I can't let him/her out when the kids are in the pool. It would be in there swimming with them. I don't think the chlorine would be good for it at all.
We used to get wild ducks swimming in our pool in Florida, even though we had 6 foot privacy fence! We finally had a lanai installed, which also kept leaves out but not roads and snakes.

Fridge we have is sealed pretty good. Bought it around '08 after the economy crashed. Lowe's had a sale on all appliances. Was only looking at replacing our cook stove ancient gas job. The deals were just to irresistible. Ended up getting a front load washer and dryer less than half price and that fridge, and our first dishwasher. Pretty funny when they delivered them. Delivery guys thought there was a mess up. What do you mean? Well we have a white stove, black dishwasher and stainless fridge. We didn't buy them for their color buddy, just the price lol.
Big double French door stainless fridge freezer on the bottom back then I think was $1,700, we got it for $600 which we would never had spent 6 on a fridge on but couldn't pass it up.
Took a crap after about a year on the freezer, iced up, ice everywhere inside and water pouring out of it. Lucky we had Google then . Many reviews people spending $$$ to fix it. One reviewer actually said how he fixed it. Take plate off the back access the drip pan thing where the moisture is supposed to drip and fan dry it out, rubber nipple on the end, clean it out. Sure enough, big black fly stuck in it...
No probs for yrs 10-12 yrs. Few months ago same thing. Took it all apart again few weeks ago, crap, lint dust IDK crap stuck in it. Freezer dry now no ice buildup good to go :thumbsup

I did likewise; when it happened we were just finishing decorating a new room (garage conversion) and I picked up a stunning rug, a gorgeous table and a sofabed for half price or better. But delivery was out of the question with the sofa shop, so I had to rent a van to get the sofabed home, and by the time I'd done that and got back to the shop, it was literally minutes before they shut forever! Had the kids with me at the time, and they travelled home in the back on the sofa, squealing with delight at every bend and corner, as it was a bit like a dark fairground ride back there!
