After 2 busy, up early days we are having a nice quiet morning too. Not that we can truly sleep in with our critters needing attention! Our water heater has been slowly rusting out and the leak was getting much worse so our landlord finally got around to having the new one installed, which was delivered back in June! So we spent a lot of time cleaning and making work space in the garage, and then staying out of the way.

It is so nice to have hot water after a new water heater is installed!

The best! The new one is a hybrid too, so really hoping it will cut our bill a bit too, plus not flood the garage when we do laundry 😋 and we can change the temp with the push of a button, so fancy!

Is it one of the new heatpump water heaters? Does it use 220 or 230V for electricity?

Ours is natural gas and there is only a 110V outlet there
