Seems like nothing in the USA was built to last. I've been in Spain where castles still exist.. Aqua ducts built by the Moors when they invaded Spain. If you went to Egypt, you could still see pyramids.

America just now really does scare me .. There is so much hate and fear America's history is what happened not to be forgotten lest it happens again. I am mostly German but was taught to judge people by actions .. We are all humans

And that is what MSM want you to do and believe. They focus on hatred, while real destruction of cities, etc.. is totally ignored. How about black on black crime in cities like Chicago? Do you hear about that? No.. .but you hear about it when one is killed by police.
I don't watch the news any more. Folks in the town where I live are friendly and helpful. For the most part.

Ya that is the worst of it but always been that way .. I am 60 never been a news source but look at the serial killers most are demented white men

Morning Old Folks had tons of blood last night tripped over a black dog Moose laying in the bedroom ( not his normal)
I went ass end over tea kettle split the upper lip not sure how or if a denture did it.. pushed the glasses into my face little cut on my right cheek left had got tooth think we will have glue the split back sure do not want sutures in it

Doesn't it feel odd when what you thought would always be there is -- poof! -- gone?

Yeah, Dad's been feeling that way. There is nothing to recognize where he was born in Lancaster, CA. The house is gone (he was born on the kitchen table), the school is gone, nothing there. Feels like his history has been erased.

I spent most of the day outside working at splitting wood and helping DH till the garden.

What don't hurt don't work tonight but they are calling for rain for the next two days so busy busy.

No, we sent it all to you The snow we got last week only lasted a couple of days. Sister-in-law managed to get in some snowshoeing just one day, it was pretty sparse by the next day even though it was near or below freezing and there was some cloud cover. Now we get mud/mush season.

Well...this picture is from today.

Clearly warming up,because there are a few ice patches now.

I got new boots this winter, fit better, feel better, in general great... except they are horrid on ice.

Thinking I need to buy another set of new boots...
