CS, I've been saying that for awhile now. We used to have an air trough that would drop down during the fall months, during hurricane season. It did a great job of repelling most of the hurricanes, and storms, or at least keep them moving away from us. Last year, that trough was barely there, and this year the same thing. Tropical storms that should have veered, have not. Several tropical storms, and hurricanes that should not have stalled, did. Several that did not have solid defined eyewalls, should have dissipated quickly, but did not. Nothing is "normal" about the behavior of many of these storms. Look at rain patterns. Those too have been way off, not just this year, but for the past couple years. No, it's not about pollution, or climate change alone. I agree HAARP is highly culpable.
