The Old Folks Home

I would do exactly what you are doing. You keep following procedures. Let them gripe their way into tickets, jail or lawsuits!
Ditto

Remember @lovesfarms, give any dog enough chain and it will hang itself and it sounds like these folks are running out the chain at warp speed. Just have faith and wait. Things will work out. I know that is no consolation to you right now and I feel your stress but try to stay calm as you can. I've done the neighbor from hell experience also and got to the point where every time the idiot neighbor did something out of line to me I reported it to the police. They finally told him, one more call about him from me and they were going to arrest him. They had had their bellies full of his behavior and so had I.

Just remember, we have wide shoulders here at the Home. You are free to verbally lean on us whenever needed. :hugs

Just a little PS, @lovesfarms. Something that was suggested to me when I was going through my experience with a horrible neighbor next door. At the time I had ADT security hooked up, mainly because of the neighbor, and they suggested putting up cameras on that side of my property. Then if anything was done, there was proof. We never lose a case, is what they told me. All they had to do was lay the video proof on the judge's desk and the person in question was begging for mercy.

Something you may want to consider doing. Yes, it's an expense, but how much is your peace of mind and safety worth? I slept well with my security activated at night.

Gee! I'm poopeder than I thought.. It's a long 305' to the end of my property. So, no weeding, no mowing, just basically sitting until my muscles get re-energized and I can clean house!

I have done about 8 months of that since having Covid back in January. I am finally starting to get some energy, strength and stamina back and it's such a gift. But .. I tend to squander it in the morning and then in the afternoon my body says, that was fun. Nap time now! Lol.

Yup, same here but my strength and endurance after the stroke that affected my right side is nearly 100% now, so time to make hay in the mornings when it's not so hot. The key to my recovery was NEVER GIVE UP, NEVER GIVE IN. Still there are days when I think my brain is getting rewired, but how that's happening for the basil ganglia no one knows. That's the center for muscle control, and emotions. Boy was I a blubbering mess the first month after the stroke since my emotions got laid bare, so to speak.

along with one of the surveyors marker
Turn him in, that is illegal.

so he moved the marker so it lines up with his existing fence- so he doesn't have to pull up another one of his existing posts.
Which means part of his fence is still on your property. Make him move it.

Seems fair that we would get it back....1000 dollars a month.
Yep. I don't suppose they ever go back and see if the perp can increase payment.

This individual got a job working for a bank!
Touching money? BRILLIANT!!!!

To a small business, 50,000 dollars IS a large sum.
It sure is.

Oh, I got a peep funny for ya'll this morning. I'm in on the throne and Gator having my complete attention was getting his head rubbed as usual. Lil Karen Corn Puff popped out of the brooder which is her custom to get her chin and chest rubbed too. Having gotten her due attention she started wandering under Gator and started jumping up to grab his nipples. I shushed her away the best I could from my 'position' but she just moved back a bit and grabbed another one. Thank Goodness Gator is patient with peeps! I nearly fell off the pot laughing at the circus.

Hi Cap, how you doing this morning? Hope you are feeling a bit better after that trauma episode.
Thanks. I am ok, but sad about not having my truck to tow the Mule to get it repaired. Lots of transport issues. And afraid i will have to find a different truck, which takes a lot of time and effort.
