I can see my next door neighbor's house, more so when the leaves are down. Very fortunately, we all get along back here.Makes me glad I live where I do. No neighbors where I can see, hear or smell them.
I can smell when the farmer puts manure on his fields too.
I don't mind; he occasionally is the first to plow the road and beats the county to it. The milk truck HAS to get through. The mail, eh, not so much. No school buses come down our road, or maybe we would get plowed more often.I describe how close my neighbors are this way: If you can see in my windows, you are either trespassing, or have some pretty darn good optics.
