Survey: What is your most disliked vegetable?

Mine is beets.

I actually like beets if cooked properly. A chiogga beet thin sliced and sautéed in butter is good.

Summer squash... almost all of them (which includes zucchini), total

I do enjoy patty pan squash in a patty pan and potato soup. but that is the only Summer squash I will touch.

I like all vegetables depending on how they are prepared but particularly dislike cinnamon and sugar on my sweet potatoes- if I want them sweet, I will have pumpkin pie. I'd rather have nothing on my sweet potatoes.

@microchick ever hear of Johnes disease in cattle? Interesting that research finds a connection between it and Crohn's disease. We had one and had to sell her- she lost so much weight she could never have a calf- thus no milk. Interesting reading!

It is. I just find it interesting, I don't believe it's the same as Crohn's but it does bring up some interesting likenesses

Hey all out most the day this is one worn out old lady..
I had major plaque psoriasis on my hand and the bottoms of my feet nothing helped. They decided it was connected to the Graves that took my vision and my thyroid and yes it is all connected to Graves..
When they put me on 60 mg 3 days a week of prednisone.
My psoriasis backed down and has not come back so far

Good morning, Everyone.

The bigger they are the less I am interested in them. Seems the tiny ones aren't as "starchy". I'm willing to give my lima beans of any size to the first who requests them
