I can remember being a my friend's house when I was about 10. Neither of our families were rolling in money so Bologna was a staple in the fridge. If we stayed at her house we could count on 'burroni' as we would call it, sandwiches. After a while you get creative so we would figure out different tasty add on for our sandwiches. I think our favorite was peanut butter and bologna. If we were really creative we would smear some mayo on it also.

Fun times and good memories...and something my stomach wouldn't let me get away with now.
