Morning Old Folks .. One of the rare years we have snow. Just about 4 inches, May have it about 4 days.
No resolutions beyond, beat the grim reaper for another new year?

I need to drink more water. That will be my resolution.

A little lemon juice makes it more 'tolerable', at least for me!

Ya know, old timers knew a lot. My mom told me once how her dad would drink a glass of warm water before going to bed at night. He was as 'regular' as clockwork. Never suffered constipation. Funny the things you remember.

They say 8-8oz glasses per day.

I do at least 80oz. Doctor's orders.

BTW I HATE the taste of water. I drink 3 12 ounce bottles plus two 16 oz glasses of tea, 20 oz of coffee and the rest in milk and water that I use for medicine. The tea at least makes it tolerable for me.

I do like flavor in my water, if I have it I can add fiber..
Plain water no fiber.

Socks had triplets, one stillborn doeling, i tried for a long time to get her breathing but nothing i tried helped. The other two seem fine, one girl and one boy. Socks still looks huge.

Always puzzling when you get a stillborn one. I am glad everything else went well.

Since she had the one stillborn.... have you taken her temperature? Just to make sure everything that needed to pass, passed....

Of course.... the one time one of my does had triplets, with one stillborn... I didn't bother taking her temp. She was acting fine... and she was..
