We’re fairly clear here, too. Just a few remnants of snow in little pockets. Good think, because they started working on the fill today.

I didn't say anything about your metal ceiling! As for the metal ceiling, hey, Bruce, don't knock it till ya tried it.
It's not the snow that bothers me, it's the water freezing.Ahhh crud sorry you got it at least our ground is bare
Some of those have asbestos in them.To each their own. My first house had textured ceilings. Fortunately it was really easy to scrape off.
This was just "texture roller" paint on drywall. Some people like the "look", some think they can hide cr@p tape jobs. Doesn't work, you can still see them. Some of those have asbestos in them.
Yep. We were careful about that. The stuff we used had the consistency of tiny little Styrofoam balls of all sizes that was in a powder base that we mixed with water and painted on. I still have a blob of the stuff on the ceiling over the stove that I swear to leave there for posterity. It was really nasty stuff to work with and since we didn't have electricity at the time there was no way to use a compressor to blow the stuff on.Some of those have asbestos in them.
