Good morning Old Folks, We get to plant strawberry's in a few days.

Yeah, we could have 4 nights of frost/freeze warnings over the weekend/beginning of next week.

Now it's up to 6 nights. The last one is a low of 37, so maybe that doesn't qualify. And the 28 degree night changed to 30.

For the fruit farmers... and me too.

I've finished shoveling down some pan fried haddock along with fresh tomato & fried sweet corn. Now I get to go work it off filling feeders and taking care of the watering systems. I will work up the need for some kind of treat. Sure would like a piece of pecan pie with nilla ice cream.

We are heading off to the farmers market to meet more OP friends and see what is happening with them.

I think my stuff will come through ok. Nothing is very far along, and if I had to, I could cover everything with sheets or plastic.

I'm more worried about the fruit farmers.
