False False and falseLoud pipes are offensive and painful. And they are heard after the machine passes you, not so much
Thanks Bruce. My youngest daughter had a little gathering for me today. Nice meal, German chocolate cake and grandkids I hadn't seen in a few months, so I was quite pleased.Antique and classic car show at the park today. Of course I didn't know, kinda messed up getting to the farmers market which is held in the same park. Lots of cars that were in the parking lot when I was in high school.
Nope, not for months. Not here nor on BYH.

Happy belated birthday!!!!
Loud pipes are offensive and painful. And they are heard after the machine passes you, not so much before.
I don't take riding advice from those who don't ride, but thank you.True, True and True
Especially the first two.
*I* find the "pay attention to MEEEEEEE!! attitude" offensive and the noise IS paipainfulk
Well, that's definitely following the recommendations of the Framingham Study.I'm going to cut out a lot of cheese. I eat a LOT of cheese. That's my first idea.
Yea, they don't dodge potholes on their own either?Motorcycles don't do anything you don't ask them to
Don't understand your questionYea, they don't dodge potholes on their own either?
Just asking if a motorcycle dodged the potholes on their own or does the rider have to be alert to them? I lost to many friends on motorcycles who did nothing careless on their own. Drivers making sudden left turns in front of them and one that I had just photographed him and his dog in a action shot on a scenic road. He has no idea that would soon be at his funeral. He was stopped at a read light during bike week and an elderly lady didn't see him and plowed in to the rear of that beast of a bike he was on. He was on his big trike style machine with V-8 engine. Big enough to be easily seen.Don't understand your question
Aim high in steering and always be alert.Just asking if a motorcycle dodged the potholes on their own or does the rider have to be alert to them?
