I am big fan of Melatonin at night.

I'm taking another Melatonin now. One that is timed release. One of my docs takes 6 a night. I usually will conk out with 3 x 10mg.

One hour a storm is called for and then next none. I wish they really knew what they were doing.

That's how our storms came through yesterday. A violent outburst followed by an hour or two of sunshine, and then repeat.

We've quit outside work for the day. All that is left to do is put the tarp on and secure it and we are ready to put chickens in their new home. We will need 3 more just like it ASAP. This is taking a toll on old bodies but we will get the job done.
