I have been working on air conditioning solutions that don't use the conventional compressor tech. that is used in normal air conditioners.
Basically parking 1000+ pounds of water near the front door, in bottles, on shelves, and cooling that down in the early morning.
I've started monitoring my fasting blood sugar every morning now. Finally have it under control. This morning I had it down to 95. I know now what I can have with my meds at bedtime. Sadly pina colada cake is not one of them.Welcome to the Old Folks thread usually here earlier but had a

We have a nephew that lost his thyroid in his early 20's. I don't know what all he has to do now and we never see him anymore. He had moved away already.I am not diabetic DH is.
I am on a medication I have no thyroid we had to kill it.
Replacement can harm the liver.
