The Old Folks Home

In April we traded in our pick up for an upgrade. After 50 miles it didn't shift right and discovered it had a full tune done, all emissions parts removed. It's against federal& Pa laws. PennDot& State Police made the dealership buy it back. Truly a head ache. The dealership told me laws are wrong, it's better for the atmosphere to have the emissions deleted. Since staying inside, more time to think and seeing the extremes in weather, it makes me think. So who is right, the dealership or the law?
Or are the emissions not part of our extreme weather

These old folks are done for the day finally. Still lots to do before chicks get here Thursday or Friday morning but we will be ready. Some layers and novelty breeds arriving and some meat breeds that we hatched departing for freezer camp Friday and maybe more on Saturday. All hinges on how much rain we get and how bad the thunderstorms may be and how long they last.

Enjoy those chicks when they come! Sounds like Heaven on earth! I stay away from them at tractor supply because my will power isn't so strong. I wonder what novelty kind you are getting? I have dreams..

Nope does not play nice with other birds.
Very true and that is why they will have a fenced (tall fence) area of their own. With some of the oldest jungle fowl genes they are worth preserving for possible creating new lines with selective breeding that will play ok with other birds like the American breeds I have now.
