My knees are letting me know that they did some work, hauling me around today. I didn't work all that hard, but I did get a lot done. I think they're "talking" about all the steps up and down the hill.

Might have been the up and down more than the walking.

At least with me, walking on flat ground is still fine, but too much up and down hills and my left knee starts to ache.
