Frankenmuth and then lunch at Bavarian Inn Then to the Ford Rouge facility. Dearborn Inn and a Motown Music performance. Today: Downtown Detroit tour, Henry Ford museum and Greenfield Village- farewell dinner. Tomorrow; Home.

Hello! Spring is such a great time of the year!

Frankenmuth! I have a couple memories from there. One was going to Zehnders for a Mother's Day chicken lunch with my mom, grandma, and sister one year, probably around 1970. In the middle of the lunch, a man a few tables away began choking. Another man, across the room, came over, did the Heimlich, and probably saved the guy's life.

The other memory is Bronner's Christmas store. Lots of ... trinkets; some junk, and a few nice bits.

The Henry Ford museum and Greenfield village were cool.
