What difference lighting can make...the same egg? Looks green in first one and light olive in 3-egg shot.

Yes same egg.

I know lighting changes egg pics a lot. Im still trying to figure out how to get the best pics of eggs to show their true color. Neither of the pics I posted reflect what the egg color actually is.

My (very limited) experience with egg photos is that natural light shows the most color.

You can always try to tweak the color to match the "real life" egg. Nearly all computers have some photo program, but be careful not to do too much because the tell-tale greenish tint will show up on anything else in the photo.
