3 or 4 days worth of eggs. below I took a pic of my olive with egg with a white one. one gal was so excited about olive eggs she said I never want white eggs again, but I think white makes the olive egg's color "pop".

This is my pullet, Ginger. She hatched Feb 25. Hoping for an OE. She's Blue Marans over EE. I have a 50/50 shot, right? Doesn't she have pretty lacing?

I have an olive egger rooster. Is he good for anything as far as breeding goes? He's an ameracana over cuckoo marans mix. What would his offspring carry genetically if breed to brown/ green/blue/and white egg layers ?

If the Ameraucana was pure breed, his offspring have a 50/50 chance of carrying the blue egg gene.

do you mean half of his babies will carry blue and half brown. Or there's a 50/50 chance that all of his babies will carry blue or all will carry brown sorry if I sound clueless yes it was a purebreed

The egg shell is either white or blue. Brown is a coating.
