The Olive-Egger thread!

That's me! though my chicks are about 50/50 on being olive eggers. Dad carries one blue gene to pass on. I have my new hatched chicks for sale and I will have more around the middle of February, I can meet in Rathdrum or Spokane.

That would be awesome I kept a olive egger roo to try and get olive eggers in the future but I only have one dark layer and she is so old I don't know if I will ever get another egg from her. I live on the Washington idaho border so I can come in either way to meet you

Saris, you should ask for 5 at least for suspected girl chicks. I get tipped even more than that sometimes. this this time of year it is hard to get chicks.

Maybe next time. I'm hoping to get some Cuckoo Marans to put under my Blue Ameruacana so I can have some sexlinked OEs in the fall. Then I may charge more. For now since I can't guarantee that any will be OEs, $3 feels right.
