"Pretty good. I hit Mali with my horse....she is ok though thankfully."

"Ouch, but I'd rather have been kicked by a horse than mauled by a bear..." She looked at her bear claw necklace, made from a claw she had taken from the bear.

(You out of school already?)

"Do you want to go horseback riding?"

(Homeschooled, but I already finished.) "I would love too."

Star called her horse to her side. "It helps to have a horse, since I don't morph into one anymore..."
