A larg chunck of meat was torn from Seiko's shoulder, and Pine flew off into the trees again.

Seiko grabbed ahold one Pine with his sharp beak as she flew by. His thick feathers slowed her down, allowing him to get the bite. He bit down hard, crushing her hindlegs.

The two strange birds flew to them. The male spoke first. "We have not yet introduced ourselves. I am Samba, and this is my mate, RainSong. We have traveled far from home to find a safe place to live. May we join your noble flock?" Samba asked humbly.

"Yes, thank you ever so much!" RainSong echoed.

"No problem," Cloudy says
Sky stares at them thinking about how big they were.

A group of crows watch the parrots who were taking over their territory.

Seiko landed on top of a tall pine tree and began preening his sleek feathers.

The crows see Seiko and keeps an eye on him along with the parrots.

Seiko watched them suspiciously out of the corner of his eye while he preened.
