The People of Walmart Thread!

IMHO, if you go out in public looking like that, don't get all bent if someone takes a picture. Really. Check yourself in the full length mirror before heading out the door. Or get a sober second opinion. Stop living in denial of your weight, you will look much better in something that fits properly - something somewone dear to me can't seem to get through his thick skull. ooops, approaching ranting speed.

Awesome!!

Perhaps they would if they could all afford to own a full length mirror and fashionable clothes.

Perhaps they are temporarily homeless for one of the following...poverty, mental illness, unemployed....

How can we teach our children tolerance when as adults we find humor in the faults of others? We reap what we sow.

There is poor and then there's bad taste. Bad taste does not discriminate on gender, finances or geography. It's clear that more than a few people there are in denial of thier dress size, or the inapproporateness of wearing underpinnings as outer wear. If you are willing to walk out of the house in such outfits, you run the risk that someone will notice, and photograph.

I don't know how I feel about this, on the one hand I believe you have a obligaiton to yourself to be presentable in public. On the other hand I find it rude to make fun of people. Though I find the pic of the Chi and Rooster completely acceptable.

As far as arguing and locked topics, it has become painfully clear that so many posters on here are looking for fights. It breaks my heart to see this attitude in what should be a large fellowship. I will admit I have let myself fall into the trap at times and at times I am not happy with myself over it. Sometimes though we feel there is no choice but to defend when attacked. This attack whoever does not agree attitude seems to be swarming our nation, and it concerns me very much.

I have to confess that I have been checking the site out lately when I need a chuckle.
