And oh wow I bet he does!! he’s very handsome though. mine will sometimes deafen me if I am sitting next to the cage amazing volume for such little tiny things! LOL

I follow research in aviculture. I don't know if it's all birds or just parrots, but they name their babies. I think it's wonderful!

Congratulations they are beautiful and very lucky to have their forever home with you!! It’s difficult to tell for sure from the pictures, but they appear to be the same gender. Do you know what to look for to tell??

these are my 2 original “male” parakeets (see how purple/blue their cere is???) they typically get this darker color at a couple months old as I can tell the male babies by the time they leave the nest.
