The perfect/dream coop, what would it be?

Ok, if we are dreaming here...

1: Huge insulated building.
2: Separate rooms or brooding and storage.
3: Separate room/run for raising Meat birds.
4: Chicken Moat surrounding large garden plot.
5: Watering nipples with recirculating pump and heated reservoir.
6: Utility sink.
7: Fort Knox security.

I will add more as I think of it.

Need dream property in the hill country first and for it to be miraculously permently predator and sour neighbor proof.

It would look like an awesome house... Huge, and with painted walls inside. On the walls there would be portraits of my chickens and some of those cool metal signs that say "BEWARE OF ATTACK CHICKEN" and "Fresh eggs!" and awesome stuff like that... In front it would look like a little house, with a big cherry red door in the front, windows with cherry red flower boxes with lilies growing, and shutters on either side of them, and above the door in those gold address letters it would say 904.5 or 904 1/2. I'd spray paint the old mailbox I have to match the door's color... Haha, this is so weird. I might as well put tile or wood flooring inside... maybe I will...

I'd like to see the day my family lets me build this! Haha... It'd be so cute though!

I enjoy just having a small flock, but would still like a larger coop, maybe a 10 x 12, with a 6 x 4 storage room/closet built in, insulated like a house, lots of double paned windows (awnings for summer time shade for the windows), painted a pretty, light color inside, outlets throughout high and low, and a huge roofed run that includes shrubs/fruit plants. I'd also like the coop to be landscaped like some of the cute cottage style coops I've seen here on BYC...pretty flowers, trailing vines, whimsical decorations....

On a small island in the south Pacific, not too far from the beach

I'm lucky, I already have fairly close to my dream coop (did not build it, just modify it from a dog breeding/boarding kennel bldg that was here when we moved in). I would want a tall deep thick windbreak of cedars on the upwind side, and the preexisting roofed runs/doors to be on the *downwind* side of the building (I really cannot imagine why they built it that way nor how the dogs coped), and I would like someone to dig up my waterline and make it actually WORK lol... but it's really pretty ok as it is.

My next project, which I was supposed to do last summer but got involved in building stuff for the new sheeps, is to make an open-fronted 'fresh air' style coop attached to the horse shed for the chanteclers. So in a small and more realistic sense I guess *that* is my dream coop. Planning something like 6' wide by 12' deep, fronting into the back of the horses' run-in shed, with an attached horseproof run from which they can hopefully also free-range.

Your dream coop is such a cute idea.
How did you get the chickens to sit on the swing??

I have absolutely no clue. I guess they knew we were taking a picture

They were also really little then. But considering the buff is a rooster, I have no clue how he stayed
