There is a fly predator that you can use. It goes into the poo and eats the larvae. I used some several years ago and it did seem to help.

Here is my up and coming new Roo 13 weeks I think he may have wing issues but he is so much better than his brother in temperament and overall attitiude

This little one is a month old and looking very boyish to me but we are divided

THis one is 6 weeks and definitely looking boy.

Dont have a pic of the other 13 week olds but Ill have plenty of boys to choose from it looks like I may have only had one girl.

Ill probably be hatching again in sept through the winter just to see if I can get the girls.

Do you think the wing is the wrong color or does he carry it wrong?

He will be a lot different at 25 weeks old.

Its a carry thing. Its been very hot so his wings have been down a lot. He has also started crowing and thinking the girls are ready for fun so they come down for that too.

I will see he is my favorite right now great temperament watches out for everyone doesnt bother the little chicks much unless they startle or challenge him

Hi Flavio,

Welcome!

I lost my rooster last fall. I hope to get back to them one day though.

I may have fertile eggs soon. My girls have slowed down quite a bit with the heat we had a while ago and I have some distraction birds in with my boy as well but if things improve soon I can let you know.
