I have some Partridge from Horstman.... they are nice birds.  They are bigger than my SPPR from him.  When I get a pen to put them in I will get some pics.  Chicks are a good choice.

I am looking forward to seeing them. It looks like I will be getting the chicks sometime at the end of April or first part of May. So please share away as yours grow!

I have been a Registered Nurse for 30 years and it is simply mind boggling the changes that have occurred in medicine. I learn many things on a daily basis and wouldn't want it any other way.

As to your weather - wishing you well in getting through some tough looking weather headed your way. We have also had a really cold winter in our normally mold winter part of Washington state.

A little late on the post but my 2014 breeding goals are:

Barred: improve barring with the second generation from a white out cross

Buff: my colour is very good. But would like to increase size and decrease cushion.

Columbian: improve mossiness over the back and wing colour

Partridge the size is very good. Would like to improve leg colour of the females.

Silver penciled: due to unfortunate circumstances I am down to one pair so the goal this year is to get a sustainable population.

Whites: maintain
