the poop on quail poop and and egg question

i used to think my emus were poop machines, but i think if you scaled up a quail to 150 lbs, they would out poop an emu any day. so now that i have a surplus of quail manure, question...is quail poop "hot" like chicken poop. i don't smell that ammonia smell, of high nitrogen chicken poop. i put fresh emu poop om my garden and it doesn't burn my plants is quail manure the same??
also i has a surplus of eggs, (i seem to have a surplus of things that come from the back end of birds), anybody sell their eggs ? how much do you get?

I haven't put it in my garden directly without composting a bit but my birds are housed in a tractor with a wire bottom that I move around the backyard every few days. The poo doesn't burn the grass (it actually looks very good) but I'm sure like all things with plants you could overdo it.
