Hey Suz, I will gladly trade your neighbor for mine. My Neighbor lives mile or so down the road and they take in mentally retarded adults. First off I have no problem with this, what I do have a problem with is, they take them OFF ALL their medication, and only give them herbs, and turn them loose to commune with nature. these poor people have no idea where they are and just wander down any road they see or all over the mountain, Sheriff dept says since they are MR, there is nothing they can do. Child services says as long as they have food and shelter, nothing they can do.I have 2 GGD and I am terrified that something will happen to them, I have a dog, If she bites them I can get sued, but there is NOTHING I can do about these poor people wandering day and night around our property, even tho it is posted private, Any suggestion as to what we can do would be greatly appreciated. HELP! marrie
