What is the heaviest weight of something you can lift?

Uh haha um not really sure. 50 lbs. bag of feed (?)

Same here, but the heaviest I've gone without overdoing it was around 80 or so pounds. Once i helped lift a 200 pound container i knew i wouldn't be able to lift, but had to help anways... That hurt my back and ever since then, it'll lock up on me and i can't move then at all.
We get chicken food in 100lb bags and i don't ever go near those to lift them.
