We have a garden (although our property is 900sq m so it's probably pretty lame compared to some of your gardens ) but I dislike the veg my father grows in it. Tastes funny and bitter. It's supposed to be very healthy though so I eat it reluctantly.

900 sq m is like a fifth of an acre. (I keep forgetting to use american units on here lol). About two thirds is garden.
