I want to say, one of the best times of my life is when I joined BYC.At:

my chickens always time their accomplishments on holidays. they went into their hen house by themselves for the first time on election night, and yesterday on New Years one of them lay their first egg

Nice, I wanted to be in animal cruelty investigation when I was younger too. But then I decided not to because I thought it would be too sad :/ It still seems like a good career and they help a lot of animals which is cool

Yeah, when I was younger I didn't think I could handle the "grossness", but as I've gotten older I've grown more used to it. And it doesn't really make me sad, it makes me mad and I just want to help the poor animals and bust those nasty humans.
