" He's too far gone.. well never be able to track him through the forest without seeing the general direction he went in... Why did he take her anyway?"..."Maybe if we knew what he wanted, we could find out where he went?"
“I saw him from where I was perched.” Alice said excitedly
"Ok, but he has been running now for about 10 minutes, and he is way faster than us, and I think it is a bad idea to run blindly into the forest... We need to figure out why he took her! It seems more like a bounty hunt than a robber\killer, because he would have killed her there." Elly began to get annoyed because no one was 'really' listening to her, but she didn't show it.
Alice glared at her “look I’m just trying to help this guys sister and don’t forget I have my gift” she said with a sly smile
Her smile grew bigger as she watched Elly’s face
Blackberry didn't bother giving her his answer. Anything is better than nothing.
Blackberry paced impatiently. He wanted to jump right out that window, but was waiting for backup. These royals are worse than I thought.
Blackberry stopped in surprise. He wasn't used to being referred as 'this guy', especially by royalty. Weren't they supposed to talk all elegantly, or something? Besides, he was still a chick.
Elly looked at her sorrowfully, "Yes, I'm sorry.. I'm just some common peasant girl... I overstepped my bounds."
"Elly whispered in blackberry's ear. "I'm sorry, I'm just thinking there is a more efficient way to find your sister.."
Blackberry jerked away from her, anger in his eyes. He jumped back on the window frame and flew to the ground.
“Your not somebody peasant I’m just um headstrong I guess but if you want to help or not that’s up to you but I’m going to do what it takes to help” Alice said
