One advantage about a walk in incubator is that you can put a humidifier in there to control the humidity. You may want to have two sections. One large incubation section and one smaller hatching section.

I don’t see why it couldn’t be done. One idea I had was to install those plastic flaps like you see in walk in freezers. That way when you open the door all the heat and humidity will stay in better. Now that I think about it, you could make the whole thing out of a walk in freezer. Obliviously, those things are made to hold temps steady.
