I better get off my behind and make this place 25% presentable. My pal will be here for a visit tonight. She was supposed to bring my sister and niece, but my sister sucks and didn’t take the time off. I told her to wait and play it as a family emergency but she said that she couldn’t do that to them. I said yes you can, you don’t live for your job, you live for you. Did she listen, heck no and her “super cool boss” didn’t give her the time off. This was planned since July, hence why I’m upset. All the kids at her job got put into quarantine, that’s why they didn’t give it to her. I say that’s not her freaking problem. It’s irritating.

Wait, not done.
I talked to her on Saturday and she said it hadn’t been approved. She said she’d call me the next day. Did she ever freaking call me to tell me she can’t make it?? Heck no, it was my friend that told me a couple days ago. Like, you can’t even call me to tell me you can’t make it? Thanks.

Want to know what's even worse than that? Not checking if there's a bug in your straw before you drink a smoothie. I always check now.
