I'm thinking about maybe going on a half carnivore diet. Or, at least cut out surgery stuff and carbs. And more meat.

Yes but not entirely fat like that one. And I honestly don’t think any of the fancy stuff is really healthy. Just eat lots of protein and fruits and vegetables. I don’t really do the latter at all but I’m working on it.
