I had one (I actually had eight) however it is currently lost because we moved and I didn't mark any of my boxes... so I don't know where anything is.
Mine custom made. Have a picture of one of my boys on the front and a candles egg on the back. Specifically for my birds and nothing else
 
Speaking, Overo, when you had cochin pullets go broody, did they tend to keep going broody more successfully the next year? My girl went broody 3 times but quit at day 18ish all three times, and I'm hoping that's not a prediction if how she is her whole life
I don't hatch often, so I broke them all almost every time. The last one I let sit was around 9 months old I believe. She sat perfectly and hatched perfectly.

Okay, cool. I don't mind at all when they decide to brood, I just hate when they get so far and then I have to toss nearly hatched eggs
