Titan was wondering where Soren had originally came from when his thoughts were interrupted by a strange buzzing sound , " humans !" he flew down to the spot closest to the humans and saw them cuting down a small tree , titan swooped down and flared his wings at them , scaring one so much that it fell over.
He screeched at them and disapeared into the canopy .

Titan landed close and hoped they would leave , after they left , he flew back to his perch to survey the flock .
 
Seen tucked his head under his wing and cried himself to sleep softly, he had told himself he wouldn't come back here, but again he had lied to himself, as he had done in the past many a time and he knew he would do again in the future many times... the feathers of his owlets still fluttered in the breeze all these years later, doing nothing to ease his anguish, he wished he had never nested here, his family would still be alive then... he dreamt fitfully of Pellimore and the owlets, reliving their death and waking with a screech... he realized he had screeched and looked around, but there was nothing there. He decided sleep was not happening that day and instead stared off at his ruined nest, wishing and hoping for his dead family to return...

Chandi sat on his porch on the cliffside, absentmindedly carving things into the branch with his talons.

Titan awoke to the sound of rain and scooted closer to his mate, shaking the rain off his feathers and sending the spray everywhere, including on tempest .
 
Tempest awoke, she felt the wet spray on her feathers, "good morning..." she said sleepily, and then drooped her head tucked in her wings and fell asleep again...
