(Hey, don't blame me. It's just easier this way.)

"So that's two people now that have been seeing the same things." Kat said. She glanced down at her phone as it buzzed at her. Her mom had texted her. "Sorry, I gotta go. It's getting late." She started to go, then turned back. "Text me and I'll talk to you about this." She jogged off to go home. She was still slightly lightheaded, but she didn't look like it at all.

"Okay." said Kestrel. She paused, then walked over to a girl, "Did you hear that noise earlier? A really high-pitched sound?"

The girl looked at her strangely, "No."

"Oh, okay. Thanks." said Kestrel. As she walked briskly away, she whipped out her pen and paper:

5. Auditory hallucinations
6. I'm not alone

Jaden glanced down at his watch. "Crap, it's getting late. I should go." He waved over the waiter for the receipt. "How should we split this? In half? Or I'll pay."
(No problem.

You'll pay, Jaden? Pizza and a conversation about seeing and feeling things…How romantic.)

That morning Kendall got her phone and texted Kat 'Hey want to come ovr 2night? To talk ya know.' She pressed send and went to take a shower.

Mark and Ella woke and got ready for school. Mark sent a message to Logan "Fee ftneile, tell of. phleefe. raselm erou." He grinned as he sent the coded message.

Kat's phone buzzed uselessly on her nightstand. She didn't even notice it buzzing, and it stopped, She continued to work on her hair, as it was wild when she woke up and was always her biggest chore in the mornings.

Jaden grinned as his little brother came downstairs. "Uh oh. Watch out, the Brady-inator is coming, ready to mess up the kitchen." He teased. Brady, who was 9, was by far the messiest eater he had ever met. Brady gave him a look and continued making himself breakfast.
