Audric touched his gun, almost instantly, his skin became hard as iron. "We can do whatever you want." He grinned.

Karan flinched slightly. "I know you don't really like Seze..." She murmured, heading back over to the gap and ducking inside.

Karan looked over her shoulder. "Well, don't be afraid of Seze, she's as gentle as a kitten. But be afraid of Pa'ley. He hates everyone and everything." She chuckled. She reached above her head and grasped a limb, maneuvered herself to land back on the spiral. She slid down it, and landed at the bottom of the tree. Karan ducked under another gap, returning to the biolumenescent grove.
