eragon jumped up suddenly awake then cringed and lay back down "get divinity" he moaned

Divinity jumped at the sight of Eragon so injured and ran to him. "What happened to you?" she asked him worriedly.

"he-he... he's far and injured, i just delayed him" he said weakly

"Eragon. You didn't have to do that, I have about a week or so before he gets here," she told him. "You know not to mess with the great master, I told you he was evil!"

"well you have longer now" he said getting up and climbing down the tree despite the pain

Eraqgon, you didn't have to almost kill yourself for me!" she told him.

"can't hear ya!" he said lifting a wing still walking away, he was going to find some food, he was hungry from running all night
