Come to Kansas that way I can 'walk' (actually drive, neighbors are not that close) and shoot the breeze with you. I bet you have a lot of good stories to tell!

If you're not wanting to move, Id sure wait. If they were a week from foreclosure, I think that says enough right there. Did anyone else jump in to buy the house? I didnt think so. Thinking things dont make it so, and all I see is them thinking things should be their way. The way the housing market is now, they should be thankful you took the house when you did.

THANKIES ALLZ ... and i KNOW im in the right, so thats all that matters to me,, that and my kids,,, i will always TELL my kids the truth when it comes to their "family members",, but, i dont want them to go through it emotionally. and its 1 thing to fight em in court, but ya figure "dad" has 4 kids ( all lining up with lawyers cause they want THEIR part of HIS house,, so theres 4 lawyers,, plus the 2 divorce lawyers, theres 6, and 1 lawyer for "moms" part of the house,, theres 7,, well,, at the cost average of $5,000.00 a pop to defend myself against each lawyer,,, its just not worth it,,, as it is i dont like this part of texas,,, and,, well,, i dont think this is the environment i want my kids growing up in.

we're probably gonna be moving in with my ex( my 21 year old sons mom, and her husband.) they have hit REALLY hard times,, they were doing good, have 3 properties, but now their job #% em, and they could loose it all,, so we're gonna all pull together, and try to keep it all, 1 huge 3 story house,1 2 bedroom camp on the beach, 1 cabin up north for hunting.
ive figured out how to make MOST of it pay for itself, and we have access to hundreds of acres for a garden,, and come june, i'll be starting my birds up there again.
i REALLY wish i could take my favorites,, but theres nothing ready for them, and going from 70 degree weather to 10 degrees probably wouldnt be good, and i have no place ready for them,,,so..........
i even told a dude he could buy POPcorn

i just know when time ends,,,,, i can hold MY head up,,, hope all these millionaires here im dealing with make enough $ to hold their head up,, but im pretty sure it wont come down to ya "net worth"

P.S. ,,, i really cant buy a house,, im an old logger and fisherman,, we do everything in cash,, none of that stupid credit stuff,, plus,, i have a broken neck and am on disability,,, so,,, maybe maine is best

hehe , so how big of a bus are we gonna need for everyone?

Montana.... David Lettermans ranch is less than 30 minutes away and both him and Willie Nelson (a classic hippie!) can be spotted often in the next town over. 20 minutes from my front door. Willie even performs free concerts there in the summer!! Come on? Have you ever been here? Nows a good time then right?!!
