Have had chickens all my life! But they seem to be missing something lately hope I can find out by joining! My kids show at the county level and usually get grand or reserve or both! Hatch our own chicks raise a few breeds like Millie floures, cochiens, silkies, and some new blue laced Wyandotte, ducks, geese, and guinies

Hey Dad! I finally joined! A little insite on the horse- The horse is doing great! The vet said she should pull through ok if there's no secondary infection!

I'm so hoping! But really BYC is pretty awesome you were right once again
 
Are you saying, "the thrill is gone?" or do you think the chickens aren't enjoying life well enough?

Maybe you need a shakeup like some more exotic bird - maybe a showgirl or turken. Or quail or guineas?

Sometimes it takes quite a search till we find what really motivates us.

Thanks everyone! But havering a bad end of the day! We lost a colt today born dead and the mare is tore bad! It's my daughters horse and her and my wife took her to her sister who is a vet! Said if she is tore to much the mare will half to be put down! So waiting to see what they find!
