Thanks.Even though they don't show signs of it they can be carrier of that gene disorder. The only real solution is to use one hen and a new rooster with healthy genes. And see how the chicks fair out.
I will make sure i don’t then.If you kept breeding that gene there overall health will fail at a young adult life. Since it's tied to there neurological system which manages all the vital organs.
Well, this is unfortunate. I was hoping to sell the offspring but if they all end up with a twitching problem that obviously won’t be happening. That‘s okay, though. They will just end up being pets, maybe i can show them at fairs insteadIt reminds me of MS disease in human beings.
