What would eventually happen if the disorder continued to be bred? Would it kill off future lines?

If the hens aren’t showing the disorder can they be bred?

Even though they don't show signs of it they can be carrier of that gene disorder. The only real solution is to use one hen and a new rooster with healthy genes. And see how the chicks fair out.

Well, this is unfortunate. I was hoping to sell the offspring but if they all end up with a twitching problem that obviously won’t be happening. That‘s okay, though. They will just end up being pets, maybe i can show them at fairs instead
